EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Unopened, unwashed items with original tags can be exchanged within 7- days of purchase. This applies to situations where you receive the wrong size or the garment doesn’t fit as expected.

Exchanges for Incorrect Items

If we mistakenly sent you the wrong size, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We’ll gladly send you the correct size at no additional cost.

Exchanges for Size Discrepancies

If the garment doesn’t fit as anticipated, simply return the unworn, unwashed item with original tags to us via a traceable courier service (courier or registered mail). Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

2)Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3)A restocking fee of 50% applies to exchanges due to size discrepancies.

At P-Blac, we want you to love your new clothes! However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your P-Blac garment arrives damaged upon arrival, please return it to us for a full refund or exchange. We’ll take care of everything!

REFUND

If your product was damaged, flawed, or incorrect, you can always return it, and we will give you a store credit for the full amount of your order’s purchase price (shipping and discounts are excluded from this).
 

Please be aware that we cannot provide cash back for returned items. Store credit will be given to customers who return items for a refund. There is no compensation for shipping expenses of any kind.
